Third-party models and music are credited below under their respective licenses. **VION**, **VION SPATIAL**, **VRenderer**, **VION VISION**, **VION OS**, and the **VION V Mark** are registered trademarks or trademarks of VION Technology. --- ## 2. 3D ASSETS & CREATIVE COMMONS ATTRIBUTION The three downloaded Sketchfab assets are matched to the exact source records and identify **Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)**. Commercial reuse is permitted under that license when attribution, a license link, and notice of changes are provided. The source GLBs remain unchanged; this prototype uses separate derivatives. This register records the attribution required for the derivatives. ### A. The original GLB files are retained unchanged; the `*_meshopt_*` files are derived delivery copies that preserve the source texture maps and mesh detail while applying meshoptimizer's geometry encoding. --- ## 4. PRIVACY & TELEMETRY VION SPATIAL respects user sovereignty: * Zero third-party ad tracking, zero profiling cookies, zero user data sold. * The licensed soundtrack is served from the local project; no audio service is contacted by the player. * The completed-tour marker is stored in per-tab `sessionStorage` only. A refresh in that tab returns to 2D without requesting the 3D scene assets; a fresh tab starts the tour again.
